I felt so incredibly lucky to have worked with Concept Properties and our agent Alyssa. I contacted her about one random apartment I found and when she got back to me I realized that apartment wasn't going to work for me. After chatting with her through email, she got all of the information about what I was looking for and told me she would love to help me find a place that was in my price range and in the location I wanted. She did more than I could have asked for to get me exactly what I wanted. She was always responsive, on weekdays AND weekends. She was organized, attentive, and so kind.
