I began my real estate career in 2011 learning the industry from the ground up, leasing to college students in Mission Hill and Allston. I gravitated towards real estate investment, and began working closely with established investors and developers, gaining an understanding of the Boston and Brookline zoning code and permitting process. I fell in love with real estate development and began renovating small multi-families outside the city. I started Concept Properties in 2017 with the goal of building both a high end boutique residential brokerage and a development company. Currently Concept Properties has an agent roster of 40 professionals who represent the top real estate minds in Boston. The Development Company focuses on multifamily residential properties in central locations. We currently have 8 Development projects, with 5 under construction in Brookline, 1618 Beacon Street, 50 Vernon, 79 Park, 124 Coolidge and 38 Stedman. We have 2 more on Beacon Street that are in the permitting phase. Our project in South Boston at 80 G Street is currently being permitted as well. Life has been exciting over the last few years. I recently married my amazing long-time partner Chelsea Bell, moved the company to our new headquarters at 179 Newbury street, and somehow convinced my superstar sister Anna Walker to design our buildings. I love working at Concept, it has been a great challenge to grow the business to where it is today, and I am excited for the future of the company.
